About Prouva

In Mauritius, finding a reliable plumber, electrician or other home-service provider usually means asking around WhatsApp groups and hoping for the best. Prouva exists to fix that — a place where good providers earn a visible reputation, and where being listed and reviewed honestly is the signal of trust.

How it works

• Search providers by name, phone number, category or region.
• Every review comes from a signed-in account and is captured through a short, factual survey — not an anonymous rant. Reviews backed by a quote, invoice or contract are checked and marked Verified.
• Ratings are computed from those factual answers, so a score means the same thing across every provider, and we show how a provider really performs: do they respond, show up, do good work, honour their quote.
• Providers can claim their profile and respond publicly to any review.
